SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We strive to ship your products as soon as possible. Orders received before 9:00 AM, Monday-Friday (CST) will be shipped that same day. Orders received after 9:00 AM CST will be processed the following business day.
Orders received after 9:00 AM CST on Friday will process the following Monday. This includes orders placed with FedEx Overnight, so please keep this in mind when selecting this option.
MGC is not responsible for packages after they have left our warehouse. If you have questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the shipper (DHL, USPS, FedEx, etc.) directly.
APPAREL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All MGC apparel is made to order. Orders which include apparel will be split and apparel will be shipped separately from gaming products. This may result in different transit times, with apparel taking longer to receive.
Once your order is placed, MGC cannot alter, update or cancel an apparel order. Please order carefully and ensure that all styles, sizes and shipping information is correct.
NO APPAREL RETURNS - ALL SALES FINAL!
All sales on clothing items are final. MGC will not accept returns or exchanges for any clothing items so please place your order carefully in regards to sizes and styles.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - DHL Expedited Max (USA) and DHL Packet Plus (International) both use "Final Mile Delivery," meaning the package is transferred from DHL to the recipient country's local postal service for delivery to the customer. Selecting these as the shipping method offers the best value, however it will take more time to receive the order.
To receive the shipment as quickly as possible and with end-to-end service (no "Final Mile Delivery"), please select one of the other options during checkout.
Due to the best-in-class rates offered through the unique partnership between our fulfillment partner Shipfusion and worldwide carrier DHL, all products will be shipped by DHL unless otherwise specified at checkout. We will provide the tracking number once your product gets shipped out. The approximate shipping time for Domestic (US) orders will be will be 3-5 days, depending on your shipping destination. International orders will typically take 10-17 days, depending on destination and time time required to clear customs.
Upon shipment you will receive and email notification containing tracking information so that you can view and track the status of your order.
All orders will require an indirect signature upon receipt. An Indirect Signature is from any person at the delivery address; or from a neighbor, building manager, other person at a neighboring address or DHL door tag authorizing release.

DHL Expedited Max: DHL Expedited Max is a cost-saving parcel service available to customers who want consistent 3-5 day transit times to most areas in the U.S.
FedEx Standard Overnight (SO): This U.S. domestic service provides delivery by 3 p.m. the next business day to most U.S. addresses, by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas, and by 8 p.m. to residences. *All Overnight orders received Friday after 9am (CST) will be processed the following Monday.

- DHL Packet Plus: This method uses DHL "Final Mile Delivery," which means the package will be transferred to the recipient country's local postal service for delivery to the customer. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, and is based on weight. However, MGC is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred at point of destination.
- DHL Express: Fully tracked, end-to-end delivery exclusively through DHL. The fastest and most reliable option for shipping internationally.

India Government Has Implemented a Goods and Services Tax.
Please be advised that The Indian Government has announced a Goods and Services Tax (GST) that will impact import and export clearance, effective July 1, 2017. India-based shippers and consignees will need to comply with the new changes by providing some additional data to the GST Network and Customs before customs clearance for all Non Doc shipments.

This is a significant nationwide change in India’s tax policies, and some modifications will occur over the next few months.
Please note the following:
GST Identification Number
To comply with the new rules and payment of GST, every India importer and exporter must have a GSTIN (GST Identification Number), which needs to be provided to DHL India before any shipment is imported or exported. Shippers and consignees in India can visit for a one-time update of their GSTIN for Customs clearance.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Bona fide samples up to a value of INR10,000 (approx. USD155) will continue to have a duty exemption. The content of the sample(s) must be well defined.
Gifts are expected to be charged the GST as per the preliminary interpretation of rules. This is being reviewed by a logistics industry association; we will provide more information when received.
Accurate ZIP / Postal code on the waybill and shipper invoice becomes even more important for GST compliance.
