ORDERING & PAYMENT
Please take care when placing an order through our store. Once your order is processed we are unable to make changes to or cancel your order. Orders received after 9am CST are processed for fulfillment the following day. If you require assistance with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
Promotional offers and discounts are given at the discretion of MGC and may expire at any time. If you have a discount code, it must be entered in the field marked "Discount code" in the cart prior to checkout. We are unable to add or make changes to your code after you have placed your order.
Proof of Purchase
For online orders you will receive an order confirmation email, which will be used as your receipt and proof purchase. Please keep this email as you will need it in order to file a Return Claim. Product registration or warranty claims without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
If you wish to cancel an order you placed online, please contact us right away at email@example.com. We are only able to cancel orders if they have not been processed through our system. Once an order has been processed we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you are unable to cancel your order, please refer to our Returns Policy.
