WHAT WE COVER
A 30-day return policy.
Product must be in original unopened packaging and new/unused condition.
WHAT WE DON’T COVER
Gaming Glass - we do not accept returns of any kind on Gaming Glass screen protectors. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For returnable items, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are not refundable.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
1. Submit Your Request
Prior to shipment of any returned product, all warranty claims and return requests must receive a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) from MGC. To obtain an MRA, customers must submit their request through our Warranty Claim System. Product shipped as returned without a completed MRA complete with number will not be accepted.
2. Meet the Return Conditions
All return requests must be made to MGC within 30 days from date of purchase. Your receipt will be required as proof of purchase. Any return for refund must be in new, unopened and saleable condition in original packaging.

4. Give Us a Few Days
Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method as the original purchase.
If the product is found to be defective, MGC’s only obligation and the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the MGC product. Shipping fees may apply. MGC shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.
FIRM POLICY - PLEASE READ
All returns must be accompanied by an approved and authorized MRA before a product can be returned to us. We will not accept returns without a completed and approved MRA. If you return your item without meeting our return requirements you will be required to pay the shipping fee to have the item sent back to you.
